Not often in life do we get an opportunity to be involved with something that has the potential of changing the way a society lives. We didn’t set out to build a better mouse trap, but that’s what we’ve accomplished. Aeonian Brick Homes started out as a way to help prevent water damage on interior walls of residences.

I have far exceeded my original goal. We now have a product that will literally save lives, save money and help the environment. By using our home building system, home owners will live in a house that will protect them from black mold and mildew.
These homes will look like any other home in the neighborhood but there will be no dust, pollen and other allergens inside the home. The homes will be so tight; a pressure regulator will be installed to keep a slightly positive pressure in the home. When a door is opened, air will rush out, not in. Protecting the planet is as important to us as it is to you.
Flood waters, termites and fires will not structurally damage the house inside or outside. Of course, we’re not advocating that a family stay home when flood waters are rising or a fire is burning near the home. Please move to safety.

For those families that live in parts of the country where hurricanes, tornadoes and strong winds are a problem, our homes will protect you, your family and your possessions.Our bricks are rated to withstand wind pressures far beyond the strongest hurricane or tornado.

It should be noted that a Category five hurricane has sustained winds starting at 155 mph. In 1992, Hurricane Andrew made landfall in Southeast Florida with sustained winds of 165 mph.
One of the most important features that I must point out is the cost of building with our home building system. We offer several models that afford different levels of protection. Our fully loaded Platinum model has a concrete roofing system that is as strong as our walls, and can handle winds up to 300 mph.This roof will have the same appearance as any other slate or barrel tile roof found on expensive, custom homes.

Our basic model home will cost no more than a frame home and come with standard features like tankless water heaters and energy efficient lighting.

So, here we are on the threshold of a new era in home building. I am grateful and proud to be able to participate in the “Green” shift that is taking place on a global level. Protecting the planet is as important to us as it is to you.
We are changing how we build residential homes in America. Our brick is considered Green because of several reasons. The two most prevalent are: 1) our energy foot print to produce our bricks is virtually nil. We do not fire our bricks at 2,000 degrees Fahrenheit for two weeks like the traditional methods of brick making. That’s a huge amount of expended energy; 2) our brick is 90% clay and dirt, and just a pinch of Portland cement. We then include an environmentally friendly solution that renders the brick completely waterproof.
After compression, our bricks are placed in a huge steam room where they remain for three days, then placed on racks to cure. That’s it!
