Aeonian Brick Stabilizer is the only stabilizer on the market that will permanently waterproof clay. It produces an ion exchange in the clay molecules which neutralizes the electrical charge. With no electrical charge, it is impossible for the clay to attract or join with water molecules, which is why clay expands causing bricks to crack and decompose. Water will eventually destroy every brick ever made, including fired bricks. Bricks made by the Romans 2,000 years ago are still in use today because Italy has a dry climate. Bricks lining the waterway in Savannah Georgia are decomposing after 100-150 years. Since the clay in our bricks is now waterproof, they should last for many thousands of years.

By molding the bricks into interlocking shapes, mortar can also be eliminated, making construction faster, easier and less expensive. Most CEB construction requires up to 2 inches of plaster to waterproof the structure. This can also being eliminated.
